Deloitte & Touche Award SmartDraw.com with echnology Fast 50?for Second Year Running
San Diego, Calif. - August 26, 2002 - SmartDraw.com, the leading provider of affordable business graphics software, has been named to Deloitte & Touche抯 prestigious "Technology Fast 50" program, honoring the fastest growing technology companies in the San Diego/Orange County area. Rankings are based on the percentage growth in fiscal year revenues from 1997 to 2001. This marks the second year in a row that SmartDraw.com has been named to the Fast 50.

Contenders also had to be "technology companies," defined as companies that own proprietary technology which contributes to a significant portion of the company抯 operating revenues, or devote a high percentage of effort to the research and development of technology.
